Paths to Peace offers mindfulness in Colchester in a variety of different formats.  The Mindfulness for Healthy and Contented Living eight-week course follows a similar content to MBSR courses but adds some elements of MBCT and some yogic philosophy. The course runs throughout the year at the Life Force Centre and the Tree Room in Colchester town centre and at the Bluebell Centre in the Highwoods area. Group sizes are small, between six and twelve people and the aim of the course is to help people establish a daily meditation practice and to bring mindfulness into daily life in order to enhance wellbeing and contentment and to reduce stress and anxiety.

You can also learn mindfulness in Colchester on a 1:1 basis, again following the eight week Mindfulness for Healthy and Contented Living programme or in conjunction with other approaches to help you with your health and/or life challenges.  See the main mindfulness page for further information about mindfulness generally or get in touch by either calling Louise on 01206 272453 or emailing info@pathstopeace.co.uk.
